I cannot say enough great things about Impact Family Wellness. Having a personal relationship with your healthcare provider really makes all the difference. We have been treated for all the usual things — ear infections, stomach bugs, managing medications (and never having an issue getting an appointment). But they go above and beyond. Jessica jumped into action when she recognized that my son was having an allergic reaction before I did. Erika counseled me over the phone (the after hours urgent line was a LITERAL life saver) when my daughter was having some trouble breathing one Saturday morning. Thanks to Erika’s advice, I had her in at urgent care right away where she was diagnosed with double pneumonia. By the end of the day I had a prescription in hand and a follow up appointment scheduled the following Monday morning. My kids love coming here, especially when Klaus, the office dog, is there. I could go on and on. I am forever grateful for Impact Family Wellness.
